Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your watch. If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at whitehour3@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will make it right.

Because each watch is built to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please read the product description carefully before ordering.

If your watch develops a fault within 30 days of delivery under normal use, contact us and we will assess the issue. Repairs or replacements take time. The watch needs to travel back to us, which can take around a month depending on your location. Parts are not always in stock, so sourcing them adds additional time. We will keep you updated throughout the process and work to get it resolved as fast as we can.
